The tree cabin was a great alternative to staying at a local hotel. It was quiet, clean and had everything that we needed. I would stay there again the next time we need to be in the area.

Spent the night here with my mom for an overdue catch up session. It was perfect! So cozy and versatile, lots of games to play, cards, beautiful kitchen space for cooking, great couch for reading and talking with a glass of wine or cup of tea. Wonderful Getaway in the woods

Lovely place for a couple and our dog. Cozy and close to the mountain. Hiked Mirror Lake. It was perfect for us.

Comfortable and cozy!

Stayed two nights in this cabin for a mini vacation with our children. The place is cute and clean. We had fun grilling dinner and relaxing. We hiked mirror lake and checked out timberline. It’s a short drive to a lot of fun outdoor spots.

Great place

Very cozy with everything you will need to be comfortable (bedding, kitchen items, towels, etc.). As others have mentioned, the stairs are steep and the twin beds and other queen bed are on the 2nd floor. Wonderful location across from shops and close enough to outdoor activities.

the cabin was even cuter than pictured on the inside! Ambience was so warm and we had everything we needed. Everything was super clean as well! The owners were great at communicating when we asked to extend our stay and when we had a minor issue with checking in. Highly recommend.

We had a great time at Seth’s house! It was very clean, cozy and quiet. We enjoyed sitting on the porch. Only a few minutes to restaurants/bars/trails. The bed was very comfortable and our dog had a great time with the toys and pup cups - much appreciated! Would rent again.

Really nice cabin/house. Fully stocked with every Amenity you could imagine. Everything appears brand new. Great location about 10 minutes from Mount hood and plenty of good restaurants and grocery store 2 minutes away.

Wonderful night in Welches!

What a nice place to explore the Mt. Hood area. Cabin is secluded off main highway. You are surrounded by nature. Loved seeing the deer literally right outside the door when we opened door first thing in the morning. Cabin was very clean, kitchen well stocked and we were so glad there was a washer and dryer! Appreciated the communication with owner. Highly recommend this place!

Overall great trip!

The location was very convenient for our hiking plans and quite nicely furnished. Great communication with the host. The only downside is that the upper room with the king and twin beds must be accessed using the pictured wooden "staircase", which is a lot steeper than it looks in the pictures. It did have non-slip tape on the edges, but I still had a bit of a scare once while carefully descending with sock feet (and I am in my twenties!) - so if you are older or have balance issues, this may not be the right cabin for you if you plan to use the upper bedroom. Happy travels!

Into the Woods

We wanted to stay in a forest cabin (3 people + dog). We found our wild and woodsy escape,The Tree House, in Mt. Hood Village (near Welches) through Vrbo, and rented it for two nights. Once off the main highway, the Tree House was easy to find. It was recently renovated: lovely on the outside, and very nice, attractive, and clean on the inside. It was much more modern in style and appearance than the surrounding cabins. The Village was pleasantly quiet and did not seem to be heavily peopled when we were there. There was a Great Pyrenees a few doors down. It came to say hello to my sister’s dog. We were conveniently situated for travel to various locales around the area. We went for a short hike in the Wildwood Recreation Site and visited Trillium Lake. We also drove to Timberline Lodge. There were lots of restaurants close to the village area. Upon leaving the Tree House at the end of our short stay, I discovered that I had left a jacket and sweater inside. We contacted the property managers and they were extremely accommodating in helping us to get back in to retrieve the clothing. We had a very nice, if all too brief trip. Special thanks to Seth and Teresa for making our cabin sojourn possible.
