Rooftop sauna area was lovely but pool the floors down sadly.
Shocked at being charged 5€ a day for “ energy costs” when checking out!!!!
No replacement of coffee pods or tea bags- very mean for a 4 star hotel. We slept ok but some may find train noisy outside our window. Rhine view nice and citibikes to hire on site - very handy and cheap!

The hotel was booked last minute and was a good Stay, the breakfast was actually very good but it is farther away from the train station, the bathroom was nice and the manager on duty was also nice. Thank you

Very affordable. Room was very clean. Breakfast was freshly made but nothing to write home about. The parking was difficult and not guaranteed when busy. Made reservation for a room with a double bed and they only had twin beds available. They charged me an extra €20 per night to get a room with a double bed and the room we got was super hot. They had AC but it did not work, bed was also not very comfortable.
