"Breakfast was nice."

"I really liked the thought of being in the same property as the casino for my one night birthday trip. I did get one room for five people so I thought there would be accommodations for five people.they where going to give only two keys then I got to the room only two washcloths and two towels and we had to call down for a blanket."

"The staff was welcoming and nice, but there was surprisingly no internet since we arrived before 7 pm until the next day in the evening. This completely ruined my first night as I couldn't complete important work on my laptop and had no means of communication. The next day, I requested room service before leaving the hotel and came back in the evening to find the room in the same condition I left it. The next morning at 8:00 AM, I went for breakfast but there was no milk. When I asked, I was nicely informed that "we ran out of milk and nothing to refill." This is basic stuff that should not be lacking early in the morning. It would be helpful if the management could have a contingency plan to rescue such situations. I don't like writing bad reviews, but I think it's necessary at this time, maybe it could help others and save even bigger issues in the future. Thank you"

"Beds and pillows very comfortable. Close to airport. 24/7 shuttle was great because it ran every 12 minutes. Food was excellent at restaurant."

"They were supposed to have hot breakfast on weekends from 7 to 10 am. I went down at about 8:00 in the morning, and there were no scrambled eggs left. I mentioned it to the desk staff, and they said that they would have the cook make more. Went it down again just before 9:00, And both the egg and sausage pot trays had been removed. No eggs and sausage at all. We reserved the place because it was supposed to have hot breakfast. My girlfriend heard that the manager doesn't buy enough food for breakfasts on the weekend, and when it runs out.... Oh well... Otherwise the room was fairly quiet, clean and comfortable. But they also changed the checkout time to 11:00 from noon. The other reason we booked that hotel is because we wanted to sleep in a bit more. Supposedly they're converting to a Hilton. I will be contacting Hilton to let them know that the hotel manager is not doing a very good job of managing at least the breakfast situation. Very disappointing."

"There was bed bugs in my room and didn’t find them until I woke up the morning of my leaving! SICK and they didn’t even offer me a refund.. it was wild!! Breakfast though was amazing wide variety of stuff…"
