Got free upgrade after they made us sit for 2 hours as they missed our online booking confirmation. Also the room that we booked were not available. Staff was nice and helpful. The greeter at the gate was very very helpful. They helped us communicate with the taxi driver. The food was good. Waited for half an hour and then decided to go for dinner without shower and check-in. After dinner when came back the finally found the reservation. Since all the rooms were booked they upgraded to a deluxe suite. Very nice gesture from the hotel. However the welcome fruits were not in good condition.
