Many hotels have free water. First time I saw free fruits - apple and oranges. Very considerate for travelers. I also like the night light in the bathroom.

Property location was fantastic. The staff are very helpful. A lady named Pi was very helpful at the breakfast restaurant. It was lovely to receive treats such as fruits, vegetables and drinks on our return each day. The gym looked old and tired so it needs some refreshing. I wasnt pleased to smell cigarette smoke on the floor i was staying given it was a non smoking floor.

Value for money.

All the hotel staff are professional train. The house keeper wrote a small memo everyday that is heart warming. The front desk is very respondsive. When I report that the room is very hot due to the morning sun, she immediately reply to change room for me on the opposite side. The wifi is fast and great. The breakfast is fantiastic but same menu everyday. The shower water pressure is not strong enough. Room provide drinking water tap.
