"Schönes und sauberes Zimmer. Aber: auf dem Dach ist ein Ventilator der so laut ist, dass man ihn permanent hört. Das Internet hat ein Download von 0,5 mb - falls es überhaupt funktioniert. Die meiste Zeit hat es gar nicht funktioniert. Das gleiche mit dem Fernseher. Auch der gerufene Techniker konnte weder das TV noch das Internet zum laufen bringen. Allgemein ist der ganze Service schlicht ausgedrückt eine Katastrophe. Sehr schade, denn eigentlich könnte es eine schöne Anlage sein. Aber so...

"A stunning location overlooking a lake with lush flowers and gardens cascading down. Room with terrace was lovely. BUT, receptionist spoke only Polish and was not competent regarding the use of credit cards. The bathroom was very simple and small. Access to the run was through a staircase after exiting the elevator, which is to easy with luggage. The restaurant food middling, but service was friendly."
