Overall, this hotel is great and the staff are incredibly friendly! It is in an amazing location with walkable distance to many key sight seeing activities in Sydney (Opera House, SEALIFE, etc.). The staff allowed us to leave our bags at the front since we checked in early and checked out late. The only thing was that we found the bed a little hard, but other than that it met all our expectations!

Exceptional stay at Park Hyatt Sydney. The Opera House view rooms are absolutely worth it and offer one of the most stunning vantage points in Sydney. Service throughout the hotel felt polished, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we arrived. Staff in the lobby, entrance area, and throughout the property consistently delivered the level of hospitality you hope for from a true luxury hotel.
Breakfast each morning was excellent with a beautiful setting and attentive service. The overall experience felt refined, calm, and very well executed. This property really reflects what high-end hospitality brands should aspire to deliver.

The staff at the retreat were very welcoming, helpful, and friendly. The room itself could have been cleaner, and it felt a bit run‑down with marks, scratches, stains, and general wear and tear that hadn’t been fixed.
We had dinner at the Me‑Gal Restaurant and everything we ordered was delicious. Our waitress, Iman, was lovely, and the view from the restaurant was beautiful. The buffet breakfast, however, wasn’t as good and the staff there weren’t as friendly, though it was still fine overall.
We had a good time, and we would stay here again.
