"During check in the staff was so friendly and nice. I enjoyed it! Parking garage was serving, I felt safe at all times. Room was very comfortable and clean. Grandson enjoyed the pool also. "

"We stayed 4 nights. Staff was friendly, breakfast was nice. The only two things that made me not rate excellent was, hot tub jets didn’t seem to work or was really weak, and room temp would reset back to 75 in the middle of the night… no matter how many times we reset it. It would get so hot, and interrupt sleep. We could have asked for help but we were mostly out all day and only returned later for sleeping or quick nap. Other than this, great stay. "

"gated & camera covered parking was a huge plus. it was quiet & safe. the girl who checked me in was so sweet & helpful, room was ready as soon as i arrived. aside from a few things in room not cleaned super well it was a great choice, would definitely stay again. "

"I stayed at this hotel for a week due to my husband being air lifted from our home town to Overlake Medical Center in Bellevue. The staff here was absolutely wonderful. The rooms are very clean & nice. They don't have breakfast but you can buy vouchers for Woods Coffee next door. It's a good deal & their coffee drinks & food are delicious. I would highly recommend the Hotel 116!"
