Additional seating areas in the loft, basement and outside provide space for socializing or enjoying moments of solitude.

Step outside and breathe in the fresh air in our private backyard retreat. Lounge on the covered porch, fire up the gas grill for a barbecue, have a cup of coffee enjoying the hot tub or simply soak up the sunshine.

Our goal is for the hot tub to be available for our guests, but there is no refund for mechanical issues that prevent hot tub usage.

Guest to pay additional $150 pet fee per stay and may not exceed 50 lbs, must be at least 1 years of age and must be spayed or neutered.

We are available from 9AM to 6PM EST every day, and we make every effort to monitor messages after hours. While there is no on-site or after-hours maintenance or staff, we will always do our best to assist. In the case of an emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services.
