We've stayed about 3 times now and the facility is always clean, the staff is always friendly, complementary breakfast is wonderful. A little pricey for Wayne, but happy to pay to have a wonderful stay.

If you do return to Wayne, please know our front desk team handles a variety of tasks such as folding bedding, cleaning public areas, and handling various guest concerns. However, this will mean that we don't have an individual who is designated to remain at the desk, but we have staff that are always available to help as we are staffed 24/7. To ensure they are readily available we do place a phone and sign at the front desk, so you can reach our front desk clerk if they are attending to other matters. We strive to provided excellent hospitality so that is disappointing to hear that you did not receive our typical midwest charm and hospitality, so we will be visiting with our team. I hope the rest of your time in Wayne was wonderful and that great memories were made!

This was a terrific option! By far the best hotel in Wayne. Very clean, nice rooms, breakfast was great! The other hotels in Wayne could learn something! You definitely get what you pay for!

Centrally located in town. Walkable to McDonalds, or The Jug restaurant & liquor store. Hotel employees were all very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast buffet had many options, even after officially over at 9am, enjoyed having available cereal & in refrigerator: milk, yogurts, boiled eggs, avocado halves. Seattle's Best coffee was available all day. Room was clean, quiet, & spacious.

Elevated prices over a college graduation weekend. Pool had so much chlorine burned eyes and my granddaughter’s skin. Absolutely no attempt at resolution. Josh has no conflict resolution skills. Gave excuses. Poor check in girl seemed scared to death after I made a complaint. Dysfunctional place of employment.

The room was nice and clean but really needs heavier drapes as it was very light during the night. We were very disappointed in the breakfast. We arrived at least a half hour before the stated time and very few things had been refreshed. The orange juice was basically water, the eggs tasted metallic and there were only two sausage patties left. The entire time we were there, no one showed up to attend to the area.

Great little hotel!
We always pick the Cobblestone when we stay in Wayne. It costs a little more but it's always worth it. The rooms are clean and the customer service is always great. The pool is a nice added perk, too!
