If you do return to Wayne, please know our front desk team handles a variety of tasks such as folding bedding, cleaning public areas, and handling various guest concerns. However, this will mean that we don't have an individual who is designated to remain at the desk, but we have staff that are always available to help as we are staffed 24/7. To ensure they are readily available we do place a phone and sign at the front desk, so you can reach our front desk clerk if they are attending to other matters. We strive to provided excellent hospitality so that is disappointing to hear that you did not receive our typical midwest charm and hospitality, so we will be visiting with our team.
