Room was clean, staff were friendly. Shower was great. Bed was terrible. Hard as a rock and advertised a queen bed but a small queen, possibly a full. The terrible bed ruined the night sleep making for very tired driving with back and neck aches for most of the day

Very welcoming and helpful. Loved the cookies. 24 hour pool and hot tub was also a bonus. Comfortable and spacious room

Fue grandioso hospedarnos en este hotel

I chose this spot because I had already spent considerable time last summer in Idaho Falls for work and wanted something different than the hotels that line the falls downtown. I just happened upon this while on Expedia. Looked cool as hell. And indeed it was. I liked having my own little house in a peaceful and well designed setting. Plus, it was very convenient to schedule a massage at the spa and walk over there when the time came. Indoor heated pool was very relaxing. Highly recommend.

The staff was very friendly and check-in was seamless. Unfortunately we were assigned to a room near the front desk and there was excessive hallway noise all night long. They did not do a good job sound-proofing those rooms, even though they mention it on their website. The room was also very musty smelling and the bed is on a platform frame, so it was very low to the ground. I’m short (5’4”) and my feet were hanging off the end, so I doubt it was actually a queen sized bed.
