This home is beautiful and in the perfect location. All the shops and restaurants in downtown Waxhaw are within walking distance. The home has everything you need (and more!), is comfortable and clean! Kid friendly as well with an assortment of board games and puzzles. Our family recommends staying here!

The house is perfectly located in downtown Waxhaw so we were able to walk to restaurants and the playground which my kids enjoyed. The house was equipped with everything you could need including blankets and an extensive library of books. My oldest child read two books during our stay and wants to return to continue reading ;) The train set was a nice feature as well. We hope to return for our next visit with family and friends and would definitely stay here again!

Excellent house..

The property was so great and in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk away from downtown Waxhaw. The kitchen was well stocked and all was clean and fresh. The hosts were quick to respond and so kind. Definitely will use again when we come to the area.

Waxhaw Downtown Villa

Awesome house! Second time I've stayed there for winter holiday vacation. House is immaculate, like new, plenty of space, great for guests. Great location, walk to shops and dining in charming Waxhaw village. Close to South Charlotte but seems like you're in a small town in the country. Owner is very responsive and professional.

Waxhaw Graduation and Family Reunion

This was our first visit to Waxhaw for our niece's graduation as well as a family reunion. We fell in love with this house as well as the town of Waxhaw. Everything was super clean, well furnished, and well organized. The neighborhood was extremely quiet and peaceful. It was so nice finishing our days with family and returning to the house. We will be returning next June for our other niece's graduation and would love to stay here again!

Turnkey pristine home

Visiting area for PGA golf tournament. This home was spotless, comfortable and welcoming. The location allowed us to walk to town to eat, shop and socialize. The neighbor was quiet and friendly. Family visit

Downtown Villa is a beautiful home in a great location! My parents came with us to visit our daughter at college. The house is very comfortable with lots of space to relax and fellowship...cook, play games, read a book, watch TV or whatever you desire...with lots of shopping and great places to eat nearby. We'll definitely be back!

Great place to stay in Waxhaw!

I was visiting family for the holidays and stayed for a month, and the stay was excellent. The house is amazing - seems brand new, very comfortable, all kinds of amenities and nice touches, plenty of room, new furniture and appliances, etc. Waxhaw is a great place to stay - I love to walk, and there is so much to experience within walking distance. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. The owner is very accessible and helpful. The only drawbacks are the parking is tricky at times, and the TV setup (Roku) is a bit wonky, but those are minor points.

Very Cozy

We were there for my step-son’s wedding. We were on the go constantly of course. The house was so pretty and we loved how close Downtown was, it being just right there at us. I would definitely recommend it. I wish we could have stayed an extra day or so to recuperate and relax after being so busy. Thank you Chris.

As soon as you walk through the door, you feel at home! It’s clean, modern, comfortable and all the amenities you will ever need are there for you.
