Lea Collins, the Guest Services Manager, was absolutely outstanding and compassionate when we had to cut our trip short due to illness. Lake Placid Inn: Residences
"A beautiful place to stay. The only tiny inconvenience is that check-in has to be done at a different hotel across town. Other than that, this is a great property that we will probably stay at again. The room was beautiful and the price was reasonable."
