Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a wheelchair ramp to the entry door, a fully gated private pool with a hot tub, an outside shower and 16inx16in Park model charcoal grill . The soundfront pier is shared with 3 other houses. Inside you'll find elevator access to all levels, a den with a flat-screen TV/DVD, futon, deck access, game table seating 2, and a kitchenette with sink, microwave, and a full-size refrigerator. Bedroom with 2 Bunk Sets with a semi-private full bathroom (second door from bathroom to living areas).  
  
Mid Level: Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV and private bathroom. Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, private bathroom, and deck access. Queen Master Bedroom with a flat-screen TV, deck access, and private handicap-friendly bathroom with roll-under sink, roll-in shower, and duty grab bar. Laundry with washer and dryer.

Linens and towels are provided all year. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made except for sleep sofas, top bunks, and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom, and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

#### Only one complaint.

Brindley Vacation rentals is the property management company that handles this house and they do it very well. The couple of times I had to call them they were prompt courteous and quick to respond. My only complaint about the house was that there was very limited outdoor seating. There are three balconies facing the sound side and two on the street side. There were two chairs on the middle balcony and one rickety old plastic Adirondack chair on the top floor balcony off the kitchen and living room. We had several elderly people that enjoy morning coffee on the balcony but alas there was no place to sit. And there were only two lounge chairs at the pool side. This is the owners fault and not the property management who quickly came to our aid with extra chairs.
