I would say just some maintenance work is needed.

I didn’t eat the breakfast menu this time but it’s usually fresh and good. The parking was very safe. This was the first time that I encounter ants in the bathroom. And the room was cold at night

This property is undergoing a full renovation and rebrand, and they are doing a very impressive job. The construction is completed in the common areas and the ongoing construction is no inconvenience to guests. Having said that, the windows are paper thin and have not been replaced. I was on the freeway side of the building with non-stop all-night traffic only a few hundred feet away from the building. Easy fix - make sure you request a room on the other side of the building. The long term answer is new windows. The only other issue was the sheets. The pockets on the bottom sheet were very small and the sheet popped off the mattress several times. Minor inconvenience, but better sheets would be noticed. I'll end where I started. This property is undergoing a full renovation and they are doing a great job.

Clean and maintained older property. King suite had a chair, bench, desk/chair, single cup coffee maker, refrigerator, and TV. Small 1/2 bath. Sufficient for the price (78$). I would stay again. Also dog friendly up to 80 lbs. The staff were super friendly.
