"I arrived to check in at 6:00 pm and stood in line for 30 minutes only to be told my room wasn’t ready but would be ready in 45 minutes. An hour and half later at 8:10 I went back to the front desk to be told it still wasn’t ready. At 8:45 I finally received keys to the room only to arrive at the room to find it’s not the room I reserved. I reserved a junior presidential suite with a king bed but got put in a double bed suite. There was also a dirty towel left hanging on the back of the bathroom door. The only compensation offered for all of this was free breakfast which we couldn’t even use. The experience was extremely frustrating and below par to say the least."

"Check in was quick and simple. Parking was great and the room was very clean. The pool room was nice and very relaxing. The casino being connected but not in the hotel was especially nice just a quick walk over. Very great stay and I highly recommend."

"Best value I've had in a hotel stay in a long time! I noticed the recent reviews were generally very good and I thought for the price, it might be too good to be true. Wrong. My ONLY mild complaint would be that the entrance sign was very small and hard to see. The place was clean and pleasant. The staff was very kind and friendly. The room was clean. The heat turned on and off very quietly and didn't disturb our sleep. The shower had a completely flat floor and had glass doors. There was some, but not a lot, of traffic noise from the street. Can't speak to the breakfast, as we didn't get up in time for it. For the price, as easy as it was to get to and from as we came in from the west, it was phenomenal."
