    Come kick back, slow down, and enjoy a cozy little home away from home at Higgins Homestead! With a touch of western charm and all the comforts you need, this 3-bedroom, 1-bath home is the perfect place to relax, explore, and make yourself at home.
    The homestead features 3 comfortable bedrooms, 1 full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, in-home laundry, central A/C, and a private driveway for easy parking. Outside, you'll have your own fully fenced-in yard, complete with a fire pit and grill—perfect for enjoying a summer evening, roasting marshmallows, grilling dinner, or sitting around the fire under the stars.
    You'll also be close to downtown, making it easy to enjoy local restaurants, shops, entertainment, and everything the area has to offer, while still having a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day.
    A few things to know before settling in: the mattresses are intentionally on the softer side, perfect if you love a cozy, sink-into-bed kind of night. We also ask guests to remove shoes inside the home to help us keep the homestead clean, comfortable, and welcoming for everyone.
