This 1894 Queen Anne Victorian, is a mix of the victorian "stick style" and "high style". Included in the Registry of Historic Places. It is a step back to simpler times. A place to entertain and to relax. Play a game of billiards or dine with friends. Take your time examining interesting antiques and even some tasteful oddities and curiosities in the parlor display cases. Park your car in the large 2 car garage and relax, sit on the porch and read a book, or get outside and have some fun. A home base for all that Waupaca has to offer. Whether you come for the Waupaca Chain O Lakes summer activities or just come to get away from the city, this is a beautiful home that will be different from the typical rental experience. Situated five minutes walking distance from the Main Street saturday farmers market and a short distance from great restaurants, kyaking trips, a local craft brewery, Hartmans creek State Park, public hunting land, trout streams, the Chain O Lakes. Have a steak dinner at Simpsons supper club or sit back at the Clearwater Harbor bar and grills' lakefront outdoor dining room. Take a boat ride on their restored antique house boat. Very close to the famous Iola Car Show grounds. Lots of small town charm. The kitchen is full of appliances for you to use, complete with a Keurig and complimentary Kcups.
