Round Lake's Happy Swimmers 1970's-80's Retro Cottage

  • This is a fun two-level lakeshore cottage, new kitchen appliances, approx 1800 sq ft home with an oversized 12'x15' treetop deck providing expansive views across Round Lake and into the other Chain 'o Lakes. Features a main floor lakeside window wall and hand-sawn oak boards forming custom walls in the spacious cathedral ceiling dining/living area.

    The lakefront is 58' of shoreline, with a rare sandy bottom. Dock installed for mooring your boat approximately Mother’s Day through September. Three kayaks ( two singles, one tandem), two SUPs, and an inflatable sunning raft await you. For fun, a cornhole game and a fire pit are lakeside to tell stories by and roast marshmallows. Enjoy the Happy Swimmers cottage!
