"Interesting place, combo of cabins, old and new style. Comfy King bed. Jo the manager was very helpful when we needed a different room. Walk to the Bago tavern which was excellent for a meal. Would definitely stay again. Tip: don’t get a room with connecting door in the new section."

"A bit of a pickle while at check in (we were driving all day from Armidale) and so no one was at check in. But it was no problem getting someone to help on the phone, although it took a bit to get the key from the strong box. The stay itself was awesome! A minute walk to the overlook, you won't be disappointed with the view and the local history hidden within the hotel itself and its outlying areas. I recommend this place."

"We stayed in a small hotel room for one night to break up a long drive. The room is part of what would be a 2 bedroom apartment, so it had a desk, a small fridge, comfortable bed, separate bathroom and balcony. Convenient location for dining options, the river and beach. Would stay again"
