Perfect beachfront home with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean and panoramic views from Monterey to Santa Cruz! Spectacular 3000 square foot home at Pajaro Dunes located on a secluded expansive beach on the magnificent Monterey Bay coastline.

The main house has three bedrooms--all with an ocean view. The Guesthouse is perfect for teenagers, kids or a separate family with 1-Queen bed, 4-Twin beds and a full bathroom.

The kitchen is fully stocked and equipped for your cooking needs. Just bring your food.

One of the few Pajaro homes that you can drive right to the front door--most homes in the area are accessed by a long boardwalk. The driveway will accommodate two cars, with nearby street parking for additional cars.

Pajaro Dunes has 24-hour security, biking & jogging trails, volleyball and basketball courts. The tennis courts are 1-block from the house. Kayaking and bird watching at Elkhorn Slough is ten minutes away.

Nearby cities such as Santa Cruz, Monterey and Carmel are only a 20-30 minutes away including famous golf courses, restaurants and the Monterey Bay Aquarium.

We love house 42! Its beach views and living space are unmatched- room for the whole extended family to gather, play games, stare at the ocean, watch wildlife. We can cook and eat large family meals, and there’s room for the whole gang to sleep comfortably (10 adults and a baby, spanning four generations). The house is well appointed with everything we need. The hot tub is a gem. Greg and his team are great hosts and very responsive to questions. Highly recommend.

This is the 2nd year our family has vacationed here. The views from the house and bedrooms are all beach and ocean. The deck is large with plenty of chairs and benches plus a very clean Hot Tub. Kitchen is fully stocked and you have easy access to the beach. House is super clean and there is plenty of room for everyone. It is exactly as described.

We rented this house with another family to celebrate our daughter’s winter break birthday. We live nearby but felt like we were a million miles away during our stay at this amazing beachfront property. Everything in the description is accurate and there were no surprises. The house was very clean and well cared for. The view was incredible, especially with the winter sunsets. We enjoyed a fire in the pellet stove one night but we had good weather and didn’t really need a fire. The hot tub on the deck overlooking the ocean is priceless. I was absolutely amazed at how well stocked the house was. The kitchen has everything you need and more—multiple coffee pots, blender, kitchen aid mixer, pans, spices, serving platters galore, etc. Plus every room has multiple extra pillows and blankets and towels. Thank you for an amazing stay! I hope we will come back again!

We loved the house for our family of 7, 5 teens ages 16-19. Great location. Fun beach. The house was setup with everything we needed. Great family time. We would definitely go back. Gorgeous location with breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. Easy access to the beach with lots of beach chairs, sand toys…Plenty of space for family; sleeping, meal times and gathering. Great kitchen with everything you would need, extra fridge, BBQ, games and a large TV. The outside deck has lounge & deck chairs, picnic table and a hot tub. Love this place!!

Our family has spent the 4th of July at Pajaro Dunes every year since 1974. We've rented several homes over the years and House #42 is our favorite! The front deck facing the ocean is probably the best at Pajaro! The kitchen is well stocked, the beds are comfortable, and the spa is amazing. We also love having a garage! You'll love House 42!

This property has beautiful views! Gated community. It’s not updated but that didn’t matter to us, it was clean! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need. Beds were comfy. We loved the large deck with chairs and the hot tub. We walked the beach every day, fished and our grandkids found a lot of shells.

From the moment we walked in through the outside door, we were so excited to be at this house. The entire house is so unique. We loved how the outdoor entrances made it seem like we had our own private areas, yet the sliding doors allowed us to be open to the family below. The outside deck was AMAZING! So many places to sit and enjoy the views. The kitchen had everything you could ever need to create a beautiful setting at the large dining table. We loved the fun and fancy glassware, along with the ice machine in the bar area. The extra house off the main house was a perfect spot for the families who needed a separate space with extra beds and a private bathroom. The path to the beach was right next to the home and parking was ideal. We have stayed in many homes at Pajaro where we had to walk a good distance in order to get to the main property. This location allowed us to park in the driveway and walk right in. I can't express enough how beautiful the views are in this property. The only downfall is if you are traveling with someone who may struggle with stairs. We didn't realize the bottom queen bed and bathroom was a pull out bed from the couch and not an additional bedroom. Overall, this was one of our favorite homes we have rented so far. Our family comes to Pajaro every year and we stay in a different house each time. I would definitely recommend this property!

We really enjoyed our time at his property. It was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. The kitchen had all the dishes, pots and pans, etc. that anyone could need. The bathrooms were a bit dated and the house did not provide any shampoo (which was our only disappointment). The view is absolutely spectacular and we spent a lot of time enjoyin the deck. I would definitely use this place again!

Wonderful house right on the beach. Just open the doors and enjoy the fresh sea breeze. The portion of beach right in front of the house is accessed via a walkway just a short distance from the house. The beach is not very busy and there was tons of space to manage social distancing.. The layout of the bedrooms is a bit odd, but it worked for us.

The house was fine except for the outside stairs to those bedrooms. I found going outside was too risky for us in our mid seventies with some joint issues. We had to move to the TV room and sleep on the sofa bed. Not optimal. The house should have a true bedroom on the first level. Other than looking a little tired, it was a good time with the family. Being on the beach was perfect.,

Property is made to enjoy oceanfront stay. Huge deck, multiple deck chairs and sun lounges. Hot tub that overlooks the ocean with clear windbreak. Separate over garage accomodations for kids to stay together or whole family for privacy. Very clean. One issue - small discreet camera was mounted on top of tv. We pulled off of double back tape and left it dangle down but tv room is the downstairs bedroom which female in our party used and detected during stay. At end of stay notified property manager for explanation - no response.

I booked this property for a family getaway to celebrate a milestone birthday. The 12 of us had a great time cooking in the well-stocked kitchen, eating meals at the large dining table, and relaxing & sharing stories in the various spaces. The ocean views were spectacular and the easy access to the beach was fantastic. Watching the regular stream of pelicans fly along the beach and the dolphins swimming just offshore kept everyone entertained! Unfortunately, some unforeseen house/property issues that nobody could have anticipated did derail us for the first 24 hours or so. These things can happen, as there are sometimes variables that are outside of anyone's control. How unforeseen issues are handled is what can set some apart from the crowd. The hosts Greg and Michelle worked quickly to resolve the issues for us. Their swift action and desire to make everything right left us feeling confident that we were in good hands and we are excited to stay here again in the future!
