With beautiful rolling hills countryside on your doorstep, this is the perfect getaway to combine exploring the historic city of Oxford and the countryside that surrounds it. \- Double bed, with bedsides, ottoman, and large full height wardrobe \- Hanging rail for clothes storage, chest of drawers and full length mirror \- Dining table/study desk with four chairs \- Kitchenette with worktop space - plug in grill, pot/pan, toaster and kettle, large fridge/freezer, sink. Please note, there is no oven or hob. \- Good sized bathroom - walk-in electric shower, heated towel radiator, WC, sink and vanity unit. \- There is a large garden area shared with the house, guests are able to use the garden The annexe is adjoined to the main house. You will have uninterrupted use of the annexe itself, however, the driveway, garden and access is all shared. You may see us from time to time. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. Guest access The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note The annexe adjoins the main house. The driveway, access and garden are all shared spaces. Sleeps - 2 people Bed linen \- High quality bed linen, including towels is supplied \- Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days Toiletries and Consumables \- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
