The fully equipped kitchen includes a single cup/coffee maker combo, dishwasher, and microwave. In the summer, enjoy a shared outdoor grilling area, and access a coin-operated community washer and dryer. Additionally, there's a shared common area with a big screen TV for your entertainment.

    You will be next door to Town Square where in Summer enjoy Corcoran's Pond with swim raft and boat rentals as well as Mountain Bike Trails, Tennis and Golf (fees apply). Winter brings amazing xc ski trails or snowshoe, sleigh rides, tubing and free shuttle to Waterville Ski Area.

    Year Round enjoy the Quaint Shops, Restaurants, Bar and Jug Town for most of your grocery needs! Inns Of Waterville Valley also offers complimentary passes to the White Mountain Athletic Club! Here you can enjoy the Indoor and Outdoor Pool, hot tub, sauna, weight and cardio rooms.
