Quick access to various Hikes, Dirt/Quad trails, Mountain biking, Lakes, 5 mins drive to Pass Powder Keg ski . 45 mins to Castle Mountain, 45 mins to Fernie, 60 mins to Waterton National Park, 75 mins to US border (lakes and shopping) . Awesome lakes and picnic spots likes, Lake koocanusa , Surveyor Lake, Rosen lake, Waterfalls etc. House rules: 1\. Wood for the fireplace is NOT included in the price, however for your convenience and if required I can sell 10 pieces for $12 you would have to e-transfer me the money after booking. I usually store wood for myself. Thanks for your honesty. Currently a fire ban 2\. Would also appreciate if all linens and towels are loaded in the washer and the cycle is run. This will save some time for cleaners to prepare for the next guest. 3\. When leaving we would appreciate if you could run the dishwasher. 4\. Garbage Disposal: for your convenience a bear proof garbage bin is located at the back alley of the property. This house was perfect for us.... 3 very comfortable bedrooms, extremely comfortable mattresses and room for all of our gear. The kitchen is well outfitted, though we did not do much cooking. They reclining chair, loveseat and couch were all much appreciated as we watched movies at the end of a day on the water. Super comfy beds, great kitchen( I'm a chef and we didn't need to bring a thing ) even a old school popcorn popper! The living room is very nice and every seat is a recliner! Great location, super for the four legged family member (fully fenced) lots of parking, this will be our go to when in the area . The beds had top quality and comfortable linens. Everyone commented how great the place was. We were dirt biking in the mountains around the area and the house had lots of space for parking our units. It was very affordable when compared to staying at a more touristy place like Fernie. Convenient to downtown, walking distance. Small well behaved dogs welcome, which was great being they are part of our family. Nice to sit outside in the back fenced yard, with a view of the west side of Turtle Mountain.
