Kid friendly, great for families! The kids love the swimming pool, it’s the best!! It gets low as 1 feet so great for little ones. Came with free Breakfast, good variety. Parking is either valet or street parking. We went with street parking because it was easy for us to get a spot. Otherwise valet ...
Nice hotel with the design and the room was clean and basically a very new hotel. I feel it's way overpriced but hey, that's what you deal with in downtown Portland.

The rooms are spacious and clean, the beds comfortable. The shower stall floor feels flimsy. Carpets in the corridors are hideous--like some 1950s floral nightmare. The valet parking was efficient and courteous, albeit pricey. There's a terrific Peets coffee shop right next door, and Nordstrom is ...
Clean room staff was friendly, a good location to walk from in downtown Portland
Supper friendly and helpful staff from check in to checkout!!! We had drinks on the rooftop bar that was incredible!
Some of the fixtures a bit old: eg a fan in the bathroom rattled all night - couldn't be turned off even by management. Staff was very friendly & helpful though.
Very convenient location. Welcoming and cozy. Cramped bathroom. Not able to take advantage of any "resort" amenities.
The hotel was clean and maintained and the staff was frriendly. As this was my first time at this hotel, I was surprised by the evening reception with free drinks and appetizers, and the breakfast in the morning was great.
