Check in was horrible, showed up at 1:30 they said nicely check in is at 4:00, ok I’ll come back at 4, I come back at 4, and they tell me room is still not ready and I say it’s 4, she says rudely check in starts at 4 but that doesn’t guarantee your room is ready, ok I’ll wait, then the guy receptionist ...
