"The house is centrally located and you can walk to downtown Eagle. The house to comfy and inviting and plenty of room to spread out.It was great having the BBQ and backyard patio so we could sit out and w hot dinner. We came during graduation and Mother’s Day weekend and all the restaurants were full, so that was perfect to have the spot."

"Go stay at this place and you will reconsider all the other 5 star reviews you’ve given. House was great, hosts were amazing, everything great. Every time we had a small issues (for example, a burned out light bulb), someone would just appear within minutes. Great property and a great experience."

"Clean house in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. Shower in the master bathroom was excellent. Overall, a very nice place to stay while in the Boise area. A few bothersome things:- A bit of a problem getting into the house via the garage. Last 4-digits of my phone number was supposed to open the garage door, but it didn't. Dave, the host, did let me in remotely after about 10-minutes. When I checked out, my phone number still did not work to close the garage door, so I pushed the button inside the garage door and ran to get out of the garage before it closed. Fortunately I'm in good shape to do that.- Toilet seat in the master bathroom was loose. Needs tightening.- The kitchen faucet leaks at the base of the fixture. Needs some maintenance.- I did not find the host very friendly. That's a subjective thing, of course, but that's how he came across to me."

"Fit our need as far as location and 3 bedroom, 3 bath. Neighborhood is great. Wasn’t dirty as in hadn’t been cleaned but several things that left you feeling uneasy (dead house plants, 1/2 used bars of bath soap, almost no hand soap, no kleenex provided and very few paper towels, broken chairs…). Not going to say don’t stay but also feel it advertises as better than it is. Friends and family stayed at other places around the area that were better."
