There are two bedrooms downstairs and these worked well for us older parents. We had everything that we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is well equipped and we ate all meals for 4 days at the home. There is ample parking when all of our adult children brought their cars. In short its the comfortable at home feeling that the area gives you that makes you never want to leave. THIS HOME IS ALL THAT AND MORE!!!! Our party was 3 families going to Ole Miss for the football game and then a Thanksgiving dinner for my daughter and a bunch of her college friends. The minute you walk in the door you can feel the southern charm that makes you never want to leave. The surrounding area is beautiful and seems like its in the middle of the country but is 15 minutes tops from Campus. Saying the Kitchen is well stocked is a tremendous understatement. Anything and Everything you could possibly need was there. Anything!!!!! Separate Ice maker and wine fridge in the laundry room were a welcome surprise. In the garage where extra tables and stack chairs, Corn hole set, ping pong table. The fire pit was amazing on the cool fall night as well. If there was one thing that may have been nicer than the house it would have to be the Owners. Pen could not have been a better host. We communicated many times prior to our arrival. The rental allows dogs which we did not try but I would have no reservations doing so next time.
