The kitchen is state-of-the-art, high-end appliances, breakfast area. first floor is completed by a spacious living room ,flat-screen TV atop large fireplace, formal dining room, guest suite . Upstairs, oversized master suite ,fireplace, 2 walk-in closets, marble bath, and a beautiful balcony looking over
the pool and grounds. Laundry facilities are found on both the main and 2nd floor for convenience.
The home also features a partially finished lower level
with media room . The first-floor bedroom suite, kitchen, and living room feature
French doors leading out to the ideal backyard. . A neatly manicured landscape
with plantings, multiple sitting, dining and lounging areas, a bluestone terrace surrounding
a large swimming pool, and pool house with attached pergola. The custom firepit area is a fantastic
space to watch outdoor movies in the Hamptons summer months.
