"No mention of breakfast. The room was dirty with foot prints on the wall. The tub was dirty and there was no toliet paper there. The remote control was missing a button and the ceiling had red stain on it. The room was overall unclean."

"Overall it was a good stay. Plainfield Ave can be a bit loud at night. The place is roomy with the bedrooms on opposite sides of the house. It is on the first floor and there is a rental on the top floor. Lou was very easy to contact. "

Property was in good condition but felt a little dated and in need of refreshing (i.e. paint hallways,stairs); and the stairway light may have a intermintent short as it would not always turn on.
