The staff were excellent but unfortunately I have 1 gripe which was brought up the first time I stayed there about a year and half ago which still have not been fixed - getting in and out of the bathtub to have your shower. It is hazardous for young people whatmore for old folks like me (76 years). I hope that the hotel would look into this by the time I next come.
The location is also convenient. We can walk to CentralWorld and it is also close to Chitlom BTS station from where we can get to Siam area, MBK and Terminal 21 shopping Centres. Overall I would recommend this hotel for its exceptional employee and location.
Breakfast was also adequate with quite a wide range of food.
