"We had a quick overnight stay as we travelled to see the Palouse wheatland area. Our room was really clean and comfortable. We appreciated the onsite laundry as we’d been travelling for some time. We were offered an omelette to order at breakfast, great! The town is small with limited dining options but we loved the pizza."
"Everything was great from checkin to accommodating my need for an extra night to the spacious lobby with great coffee and breakfasts. put you back on your right."
"The staff was very helpful and accommodating with my late check in need due to bad traffic accidents over the pass and a long wait time. I had paid in advance, so some emailed personal information was all that was needed. They gave me the code needed to enter the room. My husband and I have an electric vehicle, so we chose this place for our stay because there’s a charging station. It works and it gave us peace of mind to be able to charge overnight. If you do a late check in then you won’t be able to charge until you can get a special key from staff during office hours. It’s so nice they provide this complementary car charging with your stay. We will definitely stay here again when we visit in the future."
"The staff was very polite. The property is a little worn out and the refrigerator was not cleaned before my stay. It had spilled drink left inside the fridge part and the freezer had trash in it. The wi-fi was poor so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you have online work to complete. The price was great so it's the type of place you get what you pay for. Very budget friendly!"
"The thoughtfulness put into this property really shows! There are cute little amenities everywhere, including a nice welcome clipboard with things to do in the area. There were cute surprises everywhere such as a Nintendo system, earplugs, a white noise machine, and a chalkboard to draw on.
When are the challenges was how noisy the property is. I stayed on the ground floor and easily heard my neighbors above me, especially when they had to wake up in the middle of the night to go to the bathroom! Also, the curtains do not block out light from the sides, so I had light streaming in at all hours due to the lighted property.
The location of the hotel is amazing though, and I enjoyed being able to walk downtown multiple times without having to move my car. It is central to everything!
I would stay here again, but I would bring blackout curtains and make sure to stay on the top floor."
