You will enjoy a king bed in the master bedroom and one queen sleeper sofa in living room. Additional amenities include a kitchenette, dining area and bathroom. Maximum occupancy is four. Additional amenities include: Ceiling Fan, Hairdryer, In Room Safe, DVD Player, Television, Wi-Fi Internet Access and Balcony/Patio - Some. PLEASE NOTE: All our luxury resorts use a system called Allocate Upon Arrival which means the actual suite you will be assigned to is given upon check-in. These photos are a combination of all the different suites on site. If you have a floor, unit or building number that you would like to stay in, please do not hesitate to ask. The full-time on-site reservation check-in staff is happy to do their best to accommodate your request. Please note since we do not place you in an exact unit and this is done by the front desk staff, we cannot guarantee the requests, but will do our best to make sure they are accommodated. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. We currently do not have other dates available, if you contact us, we can put you on our waiting list for specific unit size or dates at your desired resort. After you check out you MUST provide the name of the person who is going to check in at our resort. The person checking in MUST BE 21 years old, have a valid form of ID and a credit card in their name. There are NO exceptions. If you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. The name that is on your account at checkout will be placed on the reservation. That name must have picture ID and a cc for damages to check in with our front desk staff. If your name needs to be changed their may be a $99.00 fee. Please note by reserving this listing you are opting in to our "Upgrade Policy." If an upgrade for a larger unit, or a higher quality resort within the vicinity of your current property becomes available, we will automatically upgrade your property to ensure your stay is just that much better free of charge! Some units include visual doorbells, visual fire alarm and closed captioned TV. Helpful Hints Some amenities/activities are seasonal and available at an additional charge. The resort is conveniently adjacent to the Metro rail and Amtrak rail, so close you can hear the trains! This is a non-smoking resort Parking limited to one vehicle per unit; spaces are tight if you drive an SUV, truck or van. This resort does not contain an on-site pool. Coming back to a peaceful local after touring in the busy city, taking advantage of the free King Street Trolley, grabbing a nice late night snack at nearby restaurants, and the ease of accessing the Metro across the street is amazingly convenient. We had a small kitchen, a living area, and spacious spaces to get ready to sightsee each day. It is across the street from the Metro and therefore very convenient. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds are comfortable. The space is clean and well kept. The first visit did not include the following experience. What made the stay difficult was the hard sell you can’t get away from and “No” won’t be respected. I did not know I was at risk of this pressure until after booking the room. Ethically, travers should know the risk before booking. Here was our experience. They delay you by saying they need to check on the room. Then shuffle you over to a desk on the other side of the room where the pressure begins. After using various foot in the door techniques, and giving you a bottle of wine, if you have not agreed to come to a sales meeting event, they bring out the timeshare manager. He puts on more pressure literally suggesting I would be responsible for their ratings dropping if I didn’t show. It goes on and on. I will spare you. I later I received no less than four phone calls and a note under my door with language that suggested I have zero choice and must show up. We got away! However, this makes staying here not worth it. It’s hard to feel like you have to sneak around your lodging choice while on vacation. It’s hard to feel like you need to hide. Lovely place, very convenient to Metro but intolerable pressure will stop us from returning. ##### Anne H.
