Another fabulous stay at The Line! Great staff, comfy room, and gorgeous hotel space. Enjoyed the private rooftop from one of the suites. Just stunning! Always a pleasure to come back here.
Spacious, stylish, quiet, sunny with gorgeous views of DC. Windows that open for fresh air! Clean, carpet-free floors with beautiful rugs. Mid-century modern furniture and outlets everywhere. Great for business travelers, tourists, family and friends visiting DC residents. Great happy hour in stunning space where Michelle Obama celebrated a big birthday. An excellent hotel. 6-stars!
The first floor was a nice place to sit and have a drink/breakfast, and the steps were a good place to observe the area and the people.
Adams Morgan is a wonderful area! So many things to do.
We enjoyed our stay. The room was nice and dinner at the restaurant was delicious. Unfortunately we were charged for something in the mini bar which we didn’t consume. It took me 4 phone calls and 2 emails to get the situation rectified. Not a nice way to end our trip.
Well designed and clean room. Modern bathroom. Staff helpful. Good gym. Location was central in Adams Morgan and near bus line to downtown.

Terrific, large, well-equipped room, well lit, and excellent location if you want Adams Morgan. Still, this was one the worst hotels experiences I've ever had because some seemingly intoxicated were extremely loud until 3:20 AM on the Saturday night of my visit. Nothing makes up for sleeplessness.
What a great and unique property! So historic and yet also so modern and beautiful! Staff was amazing. Had a wonderful chat with Jill during happy hour. The staff clearly is proud of the property and interested in sharing its history.
Location and vibe are great. WiFi worked, bed was comfortable. Room did not totally darken so needed an eye mask and some furnishings are showing a fair bit of wear. Hotel bar restaurant was fabulous.
The hotel was great. . Close to a lot of food options, near buses for convenient travel.
The staff was super friendly and helpful, valet was great & quick with bringing the car around.
Would definitely stay again.
This was my second stay here and I love the neighborhood. So many great food options within walking distance. Soleluna is a favorite.
The hotel has nice, clean rooms and spacious bathrooms. Keep in mind that noise levels at night can be annoying but I didn't mind. Light sleepers might have issues. I also love the Cowshed products they have in rooms. Some staff are more helpful than others but mostly great. I prefer staying here than downtown. And walking to the red line to get downtown isn't bad or you can easily take a bus.
