Welcome to Sunshine Serendipity where SUNSHINE lives!

You will make happy discoveries and create the best memories at this amazing 4 bedroom Master Suite Villa located just 32 miles from Zion National Park.
There is also a beautiful outdoor heated community pool and hot tub. The pool also features a lap pool for those wanting to swim laps. Walking trails and parks nearby. These are all within walking distance of the home.

This home is the perfect spot for mountain bikers and outdoor lovers of Southern Utah. Sunshine Serendipity is in the brand-new community called The Casitas at Sienna Hills. Located close to all the Southern Utah attractions. Zion National Park is only 32 miles, Sand Hollow and Quail Lake State Park are only 5 minutes, downtown St. George only 10 minutes away. You can even pedal right from your garage to endless mountain biking trails such as Prospector Church Rocks Loop. The J.E.M, Gooseberry Mesa, More Cowbell, and Little Creek Mountain are also nearby. You will have easy access to bike and hiking trails, shopping, dining and an abundance of other activities to make it the best vacation experience.

You will enjoy cooking and entertaining in this luxury kitchen. Featuring Stainless steel appliances as well as a side by side refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven and separate gas stove top. The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee pot, crock pot, blender, pancake grill, toaster, spices and a mixing bowls to enjoy baking. Kitchen area will seat 8 with additional seating at the bar. The living room has two comfortable couches, a chair, and a large flat screen TV. You will also enjoy the large back patio with beautiful views. The patio has a bbq and patio furniture to enjoy the warm desert breeze.

The main level master suite features a king size bed. The room is perfectly decorated and comes with a flat-screen TV. The master bathroom has dual sinks
and a walk-in shower. Also features a large walk-in closet.

The second master bedroom is also located on the main floor which features a Queen. The second master bathroom has a tub shower combo. Also has a grab bar in the shower.

The third master bedroom is on the second floor which features 2 queen size beds. Also has a desk. The third master bathroom has a tub shower combo.

The fourth master bedroom has two sets of twin over full bunk beds. The fourth master bath features a tub shower combo.

1 King, 3 queen and 2 sets of bunks twin over full. 4 twin aero beds.

If bringing a pet there is a $150 pet fee.

Beautiful home!

We enjoyed our stay at this home. We especially liked how close the pool was to the house. There was some issues with the upstairs tv and we were never able to get it working, however we would consider staying here again.

This was one of 2 properties we rented for our soccer team. All the gals enjoyed the stay. We were bummed when the hot tub broke, but we got to use it a couple of times before that happened. It would have been nice to use after our last 2 games, but that wasn't to be. :)

Great property in a great location

Our family group of six adults, two kids and one infant fit perfectly. We stayed two nights and the location was perfect for the wedding we were attending. The property had the perfect amenities for every age. It wasn't wheelchair accessible but our disabled grandmother was able to manage the one step into the property with a little help. The play area under the stairs was used constantly by the kids (although it could have used a some light in the corner). There were two pack and plays and a high chair that were all in good condition. Half the group swam in the HOA pool and there were plenty of beach towels. The mini toiletries were appreciated by those of us who forgot to bring our own. The kitchen was well-stocked for the one meal we prepared. The property was clean, the A/C was perfect for July and there was plenty of space to spread out. We would definitely stay here again.

Serendipitous stay!
