~ Pets Extra fee
Its a brand new renovation, Location is great next to the metro, parking $5 per day at the metro. Free parking space for 1 vehicle in the driveway. Extra parking pass can be obtain for 2nd vehicle for street parking for $10 per day and a deposit.
You have access to the upper 2 levels. The lower unit is a separate unit. Nothing is shared.
