This 3 bedroom, 3 Bathroom property is part of a DC Row House built in 1907. The beautiful exposed brick walls are a testament to its heritage. The building was renovated in 2024.
This condo has two upstairs bedrooms which both have full ensuite baths. The master bedroom and second upstairs bedroom both have private work stations. There is one bedroom on the ground floor with a full hall bath.
The building is an end-unit, which gets natural light from 3 sides (a rarity in Washington, DC). This property is versatile and great for families, groups of work colleagues, or 2-3 couples traveling together. This property has a 200 square foot deck off the kitchen and is a great place to BBQ and enjoy an evening cocktail. This property comes with one fully-protected parking space and street parking in this neighborhood is relatively easy (as DC parking goes) but be sure to obey the signs.
