Sojourn in this vibrantly designed home in the LeDroit Park/Shaw neighborhood, NW DC. This home is a 720 sq ft condo with one bedroom, two bathrooms, a den, and has an in-unit washer/dryer. The bedroom has a queen sized bed which can sleep two comfortably. Sink into the pull-out couch in the den and watch your favorite shows on the projector, or get some work done at the desk. The neighborhood is bike and walking-friendly, though parking passes may be available. The Space: Our one-bedroom + den, two-bathroom condo is perfect for tourists, business travelers, remote workers, or both. Located on the second floor of a four-unit building, you'll have our entire 720 square foot condo to yourself. Located in LeDroit Park/Shaw, NW DC, our home offers a peaceful retreat. \- Kitchen: Fully equipped for cooking enthusiasts, with a 4-burner gas stove with center griddle, Instant Pot, coffee grinder, and stove-top espresso maker. Coffee and tea are available for guests. \- Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed with adjustable dimming lights.
