And was a great size to host our small family reunion. Walking distance to the zoo was great and the surrounding neighborhood was quiet. No access from the back parking was a little inconvenient. But the street parking was available and easy. The first floor bathroom door handle was loose and you cannot open it from the inside so if you are in the unit alone that could be an issue.
