Golf Trip with Sons

Looked for a location central to our golf reservations and a location with a hot tube for soaking the bones after the play. Property is as described in verbal and pictures. Just 3 of us but could have accommodated 10. Clean and kitchen well furnished even though we only used it for a light breakfast each day. Would definitely stay here again!

Great home away from home!

Our stay at the Sandcastle was nice and relaxing! Everything was clean and fully stocked. The ping pong table and other games in the garage were a huge hit, for the family. We didn’t use the hot tub but the view from the back balcony was amazing. The beds were super comfortable! The pool area was great also! You will not regret your stay here!

Just plain awesome. Beautiful, very clean, easy on easy off interstate, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms. loved the hot tub on the upper balcony. Close to eating places. one right across the street, black bear diner on the next exit going south. Just a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

Spring Break

This is a perfect family rental home. The layout of the home is great for large families. Garage converted game room was a BIG hit. Community pool very close. Private hot tub with amazing views. I was worried about the distance to St. George but it ended up an unexpected advantage. St. George was extremely busy and we were very grateful for the quite peaceful easy access of this home. Perfect for a Zions or St. George stay.

Great Vacation Home

We stayed at this house during a trip to Zion and Bryce. The location of this home is perfect for day trips up to the nearby National Park. It is also easy to find and in a quiet neighborhood. The house is spacious, well designed, and the furniture comfortable - this was much appreciated after playing in the parks all day. There are enough ways to stay busy in the house or at the community areas. This home would be a great option for families taking advantage of the outdoors and still have a place to hang out with eachother and not feeling "crammed" when in house. Outside of the National Parks, we also found great state park for hiking in the area.

Family Getaway

This property was perfect for our family to spend time with cousins, aunts and uncles. There was a lot of space for everyone to relax, great location with food nearby. We loved the pool and splash pad being across from the property. The view from the balconies was gorgeous and fun to have a tv, fire pit, and jacuzzi. We would absolutely love to stay here in the future. We had everything we needed on property, and the kids enjoyed the garage full of ping pong, basketball, air hockey, and lots of things to take to the pool or sand beach. Great host. The only drawback was a guy knocking at our door early Saturday morning to clean the jacuzzi. I wish this had been done another day or preferably not early in the morning.

We had an unexpected maintenance person appear in the unit which was very disturbing! Please consider removing many of the plug in air fresheners, as the smell is overwhelming. The freezer's in-door ice / water unit doesn't work well and tends to get water on the floor. Otherwise we had a good impression of the property and would consider staying again. Thank you

The unit is lovely and well furnished. Our complaint is cleanliness. Queen bedroom sheets on main bed were dirty. Dirty dishes we put up in the cabinets. We had to inspect all dishes and cooking items before use. Had to wash several items before using. The coffee pot had not been cleaned. Coffee grinds in the machine and the pot had old coffee in it. These items left us skeptical if anything was really cleaned or not. Garbage disposal had something in it. We got part of it out but could not get it all out. These items will probably keep us from renting with this company in the future.

This is a new town home with everything you need to enjoy your vacation. Plenty of room for 10+ people. Note to owner: The water temp in middle upstairs bedroom (with queen and bunk beds) shower does not get hot. Also, shower curtain in hall bathroom upstairs is not long enough (hangs above the tub), so there is a lot of water collecting on the floor.

Hey Guys, I just wanted to let you know we stayed in Sandcastle. The unit was very well maintained, smelled wonderful, and extremely clean. It was a wonderful property to stay in thank you. We loved the unit location and amenities. The community pool needs some minor tile maintenance and the master bed felt a little soft and concaved for our preferences...but beds can be very user-specific so we aren't too worried there. But all in all a very wonderful stay and would consider it again for our next trip. Thank you for the nice vacation.

Our group of 9 stayed here for 3 nights to visit Zion, Bryce and the Grand Canyon. The townhouse is beautifully decorated and immaculately maintained. The beds were comfortable and the layout worked out great for us. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and then some. We loved the firepit and used it every evening. I would definitely stay here again.

So big!

A wonderful place to stay! Beautiful, clean, roomy, with everything you could need. 12 of us stayed very comfortably and they even had enough beds to sleep 15! Close to town and to the golf courses we played.
