Location was exceptional! But if you wanted anything, that was an excellent plus, because literally half of the advertised amenities were unavailable! This was undisclosed as well! In my opinion, consumers should be made AWARE of these issues upon booking... upon arrival at the latest... when requesting a "damage deposit fee"- there was AMPLE time, in my opinion to state: "the gym is unavailable, none of our vending machines work, the juice machine is out of service for breakfast, and there are only a couple of options available for breakfast, meaning it's not the 'typical' simple optional breakfast expected from a Quality Inn." As a Paying Consumer, I feel as though there should have been the option given to remain after this disclose or find another dwelling... but there WAS no disclosure. No discount. In fact, there was a unrecognized fee in which I did not sign for. The addition non refundable fee I signed for, was a complete different amount in which I signed for after it was explained to me.
