Matthew was really great as a host. He tried to help with the issue as soon as possible. I would suggest to replace sofa with the proper dinning table. There is no place where to sit, other than the small sofa. I rented this place to have at least sit down breakfast together with my family. Also, I would replace full bed in the bedroom for two twins and have at least one night table with the proper light. The property is listing garden- in reality there is none, if two cars are parked there. I had Yukon Denali, I could barely get out of car, very tight parking, especially with the big car.
