About this property

Pet-friendly, large yard, flexible extensions

  • Perfect for longer term stays in the DC area. This 4 BR and 3 full bath home is perfect for families with older kids who appreciate style and comfort. Designed by the William Sonoma design team, the space features West Elm and Pottery Barn furniture and decor and is recently painted, furnished and decorated. High quality linens, well equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, a large fully fenced back yard, back deck with Weber grill and front wrap-around porch.

    Located fifteen minutes from downtown DC, 10 minutes from the Pentagon (and Pentagon metro station) and 15 minutes from Reagan airport.

    Our home is in the family-friendly Claremont neighborhood of South Arlington just blocks from Claremont Elementary, Wakefield High, walking/biking paths, kiddie parks, the large Shirlington dog park, shopping and restaurants and public transportation.
