Stay just 1.5 blocks from Stadium-Armory Metro and RFK in this private lower-level apartment—a quiet, fully renovated 2BR space designed for comfort, convenience, and easy access to everything in D.C.

Perfect for families, couples, or work trips, the apartment sleeps 6 and includes a full kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, kid-friendly amenities, and free street parking.

THE SPACE

This is a private, self-contained lower-level apartment within a historic Capitol Hill townhouse. It features 8-foot ceilings, full-size windows, heated tile floors, and a separate private entrance.

We originally designed and outfitted this space for our own family to enjoy, so it’s thoughtfully set up with comfort, functionality, and quality in mind.

Perfect DC Home Base

My wife and I stayed here for several days while visiting D.C., and it was a perfect home base. The apartment was clean, private, and just as described. The full kitchen made it easy to cook meals, and the heated bathroom floor was a nice touch.The location is great—quiet neighborhood, close to the metro, and a quick Uber to all the major sights. The host offers a free parking pass upon request, and the place is also set up for families with a high chair, pack ’n play, and games for kids.Check-in was simple, and the host was very responsive. We’d gladly stay again.

This is a Capitol Hill Gem!

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely basement apartment in Capitol Hill. The location is on a quiet, tree-lined street just minutes from the metro. The apartment is beautifully decorated with many thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. A separate entrance made coming and going easy and private.The host was professional, responsive to our questions about the area, and clearly put a lot of effort into making guests comfy. We would stay there again and we highly recommend it for anyone visiting DC and value comfort and convenience.
