It is a short walk away from a lot. Do not plan on parking car and leaving in neighborhood during the weekday you will need a parking pass or take your car with you. All the homes were well cared for. Some beautiful architecture.The listing was confusing because they showed the three bedrooms and then showed a photograph of an office. There were no reviews as it is a new listing. The host was very open and communicative- it is clear his intention of creating a welcoming and great VRBO experience. We did have some issues but he was immediate in his responsiveness and made every effort to fix the issue as well as anticipate potential issues. He was also very open to any suggestions in had based on my experience as the renter.The location is great! We loved walking through the neighborhood! We could get to the Capitol in under 20 min, to the eastern market station as well as the red line station all under 20 min. So many options! My kids never complained about the walk from the metro (there are bus routes that we could have jumped on, but it was never needed!)Having a washer / dryer is always a plus for me and the space itself housed 5 of us comfortably (everyone loved having their own space!) Will wS an excellent host and if we ever go back to DC we would hope to stay here again. ##### anne c.
