This was a wonderful hotel. The staff at the front desk were super helpful and friendly. The suite was spacious and the bed comfortable. The breakfast ended a little earlier than I would have liked on Friday (9am), but I was able to get there in time. I would go back to this hotel in a heartbeat. It was convenient to everything I needed in the city.

Staying here was absolutely perfect for my solo trip to DC. The staff were phenomenal, giving me incredibly useful advice and answering all my questions. The Ballpark-Navy Yard metro entrance is steps away from the hotel which was a pleasant surprise. I would absolutely stay there again. My trip was perfect.

Good location for Nationals Park and Metro. We found the property to be clean. The staff was very pleasant and made us feel welcome. A bar on the rooftop deck would be great. Breakfast was a little frustrating because it was only from 6:00 to 9:00 so everyone seemed to come at the end. They should extend it to 10:00. Valet staff was quick and friendly.

The staff were very friendly. However, we had a problem with our rooms AC. Maintenance did come to fix it in a timely manner, but the room never got cooled so it wasn’t fixed. Nonetheless, we made the best of it.

The Hotel was great. The location amazing. My only complaint was the pool. I feel like the maintenance wasn’t 100%. The water was cloudy and they compensated by adding extra chlorine. They also turned off the light in the middle of the night which affected the AC and the appliances. I booked this hotel because it had a full kitchen. I have a kid on the spectrum which means picky diet. I traveled with food and it went bad when the electricity went down.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The hotel was great, staff was wonderful. Our rooms ac thermostat wasnt working when we got there and we called to have it fixed and it was a matter of minutes when they arrived to fix it. Great hotel. The bathroom in our room could have been cleaner but overall it was a great stay. Will be staying again.
