Great place to stay, staff all great and there was a cleaner doing the toilets and when I went in after her they were spotless going back for 2 nights next week . Good location for us.

The room was good... Large.. Clean but had a connecting door to the next room. The people in that room were loud and at 12.30am had a loud speaker conversation on the phone until I told them others were trying to sleep..
The bathroom was really small and shower had poor pressure.. The air con heating didn't work.. So overall I would say for the style of the hotel the stay was only FAIR

Our room was clean, comfortable and quiet.
There is plenty of parking.
Unfortunately the wi-fi was down throughout our stay. We were advised at check-in. Sadly this did cause us a few issues as the mobile signal is also weak and we were trying to work.
The interior needs some updating e.g. sofas in the reception area are very worn.
We do have reason to be in the area a fair bit and would probably stay again for sensibly priced one night stop over.

Our Wi-Fi did go down this week sadly and we are waiting for a engineer to come out and get us up and running again. Once again, I thank you for making us aware of these issues and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience it may have caused.
Wonderful stay were met at reception with a warm welcome our room as spacious and exceptionally clean the size of the beds are brilliant breakfast in the morning was very good excellent choices of both cold and cooked breakfast we will be staying again on our next trip north and will be recommending it to friends and family

The initial king room I paid for had 3 buckets and a plethora of bath towels right outside of the door to my room, I returned to reception to request another room and all they could give me was a room with single bed ( which was terribly uncomfortable may I add ) Also as a lone traveller there was no extra for single breakfast so I had to buy the add on for two… go figure ! All in all it is unlikely that I would book here again.

It’s a shame, that the experience was ruined by some poor staff. Ok Saturday morning, I was on my way out of the building and requested a coffee to go at the reception (I was there no longer than 2mins). A gentleman (possibly manager) decided to stare at me as to say I did something wrong. I was confused and asked him if he was wary of my dog to which he was not. He later said dogs were not allowed in reception (bare with you I had my dog in the same reception at check in the evening before) and there was nothing said and this time I was there for 2 mins to get an expresso and go…
To me this was poor from someone in authority to not say anything but just stare at me as if I had done something extremely wrong. When I eventually asked how else could I get a coffee he explained that I should only order from room service something that wasn’t previously communicated to me.
Keys to the rooms kept not working and having to go back to reception for them to work.
To everyone else at the hotel, well done for managing a great amount of guests who were part of the football tournament without disrupting other guests

Staff very friendly and helpful but rooms very tired and shabby.
The pillows were lumpy and the sofa bed was so uncomfortable our 2 year old wouldnt sleep in it so three of us were squashed in one bed.

Hotel was fine but would not say it was particularly dog friendly. This was the reason we chose this hotel but dogs were not allowed anywhere except your room. This meant we had to eat separately at breakfast and couldn’t sit and have a drink in the lounge in the evening.

We stayed for two nights at this pet friendly hotel. It was pet friendly as long as your little dog stayed in the room. Most of the residential hotels where I live allow dogs in the bar area which means we as a couple can dine together. This needs addressing.

Enjoyed a nice stay at the property. The staff were friendly even though I met one 'unfriendly' guest who spoke a bit harshly to my 7 year old son. Breakfast options were great - the fruits served could be fresher though. All-in-all, enjoyed my stay here. Thanks.

Upon arrival i wanted check price i was quoted was same as being charged but guy kept saying hurry up pay card! Very rude. Private party on sat night so couldnt use bar. Noisey residents up and down hallways at stupid hours and shouting whilst on car park. Music so loud could hear even with tele on and windows closed.
I will from now on go back to using travel lodge as they treat customers far better

Easy check inn,staff very pleasant,room clean with good bedding,easy safe parking ,restaurant on site (did not use) good stay 2min from motorway,would stay again
