I would stay again. I enjoyed the washer and dryer since we had a 7 day stay. Some repairs were needed but was minor. Walking distance from convenience stores. Parking is expensive.

Arriving at property, we were advised via email that we could check in at 3:45pm and our electronic access would work. On arrival the unit was not ready, not cleaned and our contact had gone home for the day. A female employee came to our unit over 24 hours later to apologise, however the damage was done. The unit was comfortable and in a good location.

This is the second summer I stayed here. I am put on a higher floor from last year. Better views. The apt was wonderful as usual. I love everything about it. The location is so close to many convenient locations- supermarkets, pharmacy, food, Metro, etc. what else can I say? I am coming back next year, again!

Communicating with the billing office is almost impossible. They don’t honor rates and they’re sales team engages in predatory practices. I will be reporting them. The Churchill Living sales people are arrogant and discriminate.
