- Welcome to our newest arrival at Alaia (Stucki Farms Resort). The Desert Oasis Villa, featured in the 2022 Parade of Homes, boasts over 6,200 sq ft, 8 bedrooms, 10 bathrooms, and amazing amenities! Designed for large groups, it features a grand kitchen with seating for 20+, 20-foot accordion doors opening to stunning Southern Utah views, and a backyard with a pool, hot tub, BBQ, fire pit, and patio. The villa is 150 feet from the resort pool, lazy river, and farmhouse welcome center. Sleeps 21 in beds; max occupancy 40.
An attached casita with a separate entrance sleeps 4 (king bed and pullout sofa) and is rented separately.
