This house sleeps 8 comfortably with a queen size bed in the master bedroom, a queen size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a full size in the 3rd bedroom with a sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom has a full bathroom with a shower and the guest bath has a full bathtub and shower combination. This house has a cozy, large front porch and back deck – only one block from downtown and the Missouri River!

Home Base
We stayed in Washington MO as a point between two other towns we had a tournament in. We had been to Washington before and enjoyed it. The house was very comfortable and welcoming. We would suggest tacking the rug corners down to end tripping hazards (especially in the dark). A few more kitchen implements would have been helpful, i.e. grill tools; beer bottle opener; etc. A table lamp in the master. Some games and puzzles for down time. We did enjoy our stay and appreciated the location.

Great weekend getaway!
This property was exactly as listed - very cute and comfortable! Communication with the host was easy, and there were lots of himy touches throughout. We will definitely book again if we're in the neighborhood.

The property worked will for family Christmas gathering. Nice size bedrooms. Kitchen appliances as pictured. Only problems was only two plug in outlets in kitchen. Had to unplug microwave or coffee to use for anything extra. Nice that a big Christmas tree in living room and other holiday decorations.

Family time
We had a wonderful time at this house. We got to meet my great nephew who was just 11 days old. We had plenty of room for me and my parents. And the other kids came to hang out with us. Walking distance to places to eat Andy things to do. Will definitely stay here again. We did accidentally lock ourselves out and the owner/management was there VERY quick to unlock.
